    They are gonna drag me to some family diner I loathe, thanks for asking.

    The rest of the Holiday I am spending with the horses.

    Just going to chill at home and get a few gifts for my wife and son.
    Staying away from all the family drama as it has been a bit much lately.

    I'm not sure there are any better plans than a staycation. Sometimes it's enough to enjoy the local scene! I've been thinking of walking down to this art shop in my town and sampling the "maybe someday" pieces.

    Yeah, I don't even know many people who like to take a vacation for Christmas. For me and most of the people I know, a big part of Christmas is spending time with family in the area.

    I would like to take a vacation for Christmas, but in certain parts of the world the city shuts down cold on that day. Maybe I could go camping on that day.

    Downtown Phonix is like that. I was there the day after Xmas and it was like a ghost town. I hardly saw anybody walking, and traffic was practically nil. Very bizarre.
