Log Message:
Update HACKING.md Testing section with all three test suites
Rewrite Testing section to document all three suites: cterm_test
(275 unit tests with per-mode breakdown), termtest (67 integration
tests), and termtest.js (148 BBS interactive tests). Include test
counts, capabilities, and run instructions for each.
